Client Enrichment Series - In eRETA, How Do I...? (Session 3 - Advanced)

Beginning October 1, 2019 (start of FY2020), use of GSA’s online RWA Entry and Tracking Application (eRETA) application will become the official channel for Federal customers to submit Work Requests and digitally signed Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs). Since July 2018, we've been hosting monthly eRETA Overview Sessions so we can acquaint our customers with the tool and the new processes. You've asked some great questions over these past few months, both at these training sessions and via our eRETA@gsa.gov mailbox, so we've compiled a list of your Most Frequently Asked Questions about how to do different actions in the system - and we would like to highlight your requests at this month's special session, plus take some of your live "on air" requests so we can demonstrate key activities for you. Attending our "eRETA Overview" class and gaining access to eRETA is strongly encouraged prior to attending this session. Come to this session, and we'll help you get more comfortable executing your RWA program in the eRETA environment.
