OASIS and OASIS Small Business (SB) are multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. These contracts: • Span many areas of expertise and mission spaces; • Span multiple professional service disciplines; • Allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrid and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and • Allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC) at the task order level. The core disciplines of the contract include program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services. OASIS Overview Training: This training session will cover both OASIS and OASIS SB. • What does the training cover? Program Overview; Scope; Features; Benefits; and Resources • Who should attend? All non-1102 personnel. This includes: Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR); and Program Managers (PM) and staff; Business Development Representatives; Customer Account Representatives • Attendees will receive 2 Continuous Learning Points (CLPs). The Office Hours focus on a variety of professional service acquisition solutions such as OASIS and OASIS Small Business, the Professional Services Schedule consolidation, Blanket Purchase Agreement evaluation factors, NAICS codes and set asides, and more. The Office Hours are open forum question and answer webinar sessions connecting contracting officers, program managers and program directors at federal agencies with GSA professional services contracting subject matter experts. Attendees can get support to their questions for finding the right solution for their complex professional services acquisition needs.
